SIGN UP FOR OUR GYMNASTICS PROGRAM IN SELAH, WA
Our gymnastics program was created to provide a positive physical experience for every child. Our classes include skills and progressions on all of the Olympic competitive events as well as movement education skills like eye-hand coordination and motor development. Each child will progress and be challenged at their own personal ability level. Our mission is to provide a confidence-building program for children that is educational and entertaining and where fitness and fun go hand in hand.
WE HAVE GYMNASTICS CLASSES FOR ALL AGES
Our gymnastics program was created by a National Instructor for USA Gymnastics. We have:
- Theme oriented lesson plans for our preschool gymnastics classes
- Progressive classes that teach skills and technique in a success-oriented manner
- Acro classes that incorporate skills and progressions for tumbling and trampoline
- All classes include strength, flexibility, and FUN, FUN, FUN!
